We first met Bill through another Pastor friend in Jamestown, NY in 1995 and soon became great friends and even fellow songwriters! He was a mentor to us both in our early ministry years, always speaking God's vision into our lives. Bill saw things in us that we did not see in ourselves and gave us many opportunities to minister throughout the years. Once you met Bill, no matter who you were, you would never forget him. His accent, "in your face" personality, humor, smile and love of the LORD JESUS was evident to all. He truly was a man ON FIRE for spreading the GOSPEL-good news! Bill did what was commanded by the LORD to reach out to the poor and needy- His life's ambition was to see people set free by the power of GOD. Although Bill had challenges, trials and pain in his life- his heart was to serve the LORD. We loved Bill immensely and watched him walk through much this side of heaven. On April 30, 2009 he heard well done thy good and faithful servant. Now he is walking pain free, the streets of gold-PRAISE GOD! Our hearts and prayers go out to Viv and the family at this time of tremendous grief and rejoicing. We love you all so very much and know that GOD will see you through this season as HE has seen you through so many.
