Blanche M. Schwabenbauer
Olean, NY-- Blanche M. Schwabenbauer, 99, formerly of Buffalo St. died Friday (January 14, 2005) at the Bradford Manor Nursing Home.
Born December 25, 1905 in Cuba, NY she was the daughter of Charles J. and Bertha Hedden Chamberlain. She was first married to Howard Stafford who predeceased her in 1952. On March 1, 1954 in West Falls, NY she married Michael B. Schwabenbauer who predeceased her March 29, 1995.
Mrs. Schwabenbauer had resided in Olean most of her life and was a former member of the United Methodist Church in Cuba.
Surviving are 2 sisters Bernice Beard of Olean and Beatrice Danielson of Victor, NY and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her two husbands she was predeceased by a sister Beulah Beard in 2000.
Friends will be received at the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home 3128 W. State Rd. Olean on Monday (January 17, 2005) from 3:00pm until 4:30pm at which time funeral services will be held. Rev. Daniel !McDowell, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Olean, will officiate. Burial will be in Cuba Cemetery.
