Obituary of Doris F. Hoff

Doris F. Hoff Olean, NY—Doris F. Hoff of 3050 Route 16 in Olean died Friday (October 11, 2002) in her home. Born January 14, 1936 in Sellersville, Pa. she was the daughter of Frank and Helen Sell De Haven. She was married for 35 years to Francis Hoff, who survives. Mrs. Hoff had resided in Pennsylvania for many years prior to moving to Olean 15 years ago. She was a member of the United Pentecostal Church in Olean. Surviving besides her husband are her father of Quakertown, Pa.; 4 daughters Joanne Kratzer of Jacksonville, Fl, Carol (William) Vervoorn of Hereford, Pa., Alice Shedrick and Diane Kratzer; 3 sons Larry Kratzer of Elizabethtown, NC, Frank Hoff of Myrtle Beach, S.C. and Dennis Hoff of Youngstown, Ohio; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; 4 brothers Frank De Haven, Donald De Haven, Ronald De Haven and Richard De Haven and 3 sisters Faye, Mary Beer and Pauline De Haven and several nieces and nephews. At Mrs. Hoff’s request, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Burial of her cremated remains will be in the family lot in Almond Cemetery in Sellersville, Pa. Memorials, if desired, may be made to The Salvation Army 310 E. State St. Olean, NY 14760. Arrangements are under the direction of the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home, Olean.
