Frank James Carr
Alsea, OR Frank J. Carr, 36, born in the Bronx and a longtime resident of the Portland, Oregon area, passed away unexpectedly Sunday (September 12, 2021) in Portland.
Frank worked for a period of time as a security guard for DeWitt Clinton in the Bronx through the Department of Education.
He leaves behind his mother Tammy (Dan Zdenak) Rutar; his father Frank J. Carr, Sr.; a brother William Carr and a sister Christina Carr.
A viewing will take place Sunday (October 3, 2021) at Farenga Bros. Funeral Home in the Bronx from 2-5 & 7-9pm. A funeral service will take place on Monday (October 4, 2021) at 10am in the funeral home. Burial will follow in St. Raymond’s Cemetery on Lafeyette Ave. in the Bronx.
Arrangements have been facilitated by the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home, Olean, NY.
