Our sympathy to you all -
We were so shocked and saddened to learn Jeff had passed away. Mark has many memories with Jeff, both being from Eldred. Since he retired I enjoyed conversations with him at the Olean YMCA. And 40+ yrs. ago we both started out our married lives in Charlotte McLaughlins apartment bldg. ... neither of us moved very far!

I am so sorry to hear that Jeff is gone. He was my junior high history teacher and when I returned to teach art At Bolivar-Richburg we worked together. Jeff taught us how to think and reason and question everything. He brought a bigger world to us in the classroom and as a colleague. He will be so missed. ❤️

Sending our deepest sympathies, prayers, and support to the entire Wolcott Family. We love you and are here for your family. We were very fortunate and blessed to have Jeff as such a great member of our Bonas community. Jeff was always supporting our team and community constantly, and its his support that raised us up to every challenge and victory. He was always smiling, positive, and there for us and we are forever grateful for his love of our university. From words of encouragement, or letters to players, and simply his big heart----he always knew what to say and do.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you all! What an wonderful man Jeff was. He was a true Irishman. Lynn knows that from his days helping Jeff fix things around the house. Christopher living at your house or Sarah at ours. Being in the neighborhood and having dinners with Anna Lee. We will always remember Jeff as a wonderful friend and neighbor. We will miss him dearly.
God bless you all!!! xoxo

We send our sincere condolences to Jane, Joe, Sarah and Katie on the loss of their beloved husband and father. I knew him as the father of my students and his support for my teaching and care of students never faltered. He was a wonderful father and husband, always there for his family. I am so sorry he has left us, but the legacy he left on Main Street will always remind us of the warm, caring and kind man we should remember. May his memory be a blessing.
Love,
Marcia and Henry Storch

Jeff was a wonderful man and it showed itself fully when he taught. He exhibited the Franciscan ideals when instructing, commonly asking his students to think of the ethical and moral side of an issue. He was a mentor.
He loved his children so much and was such a devoted husband and friend, always willing to stand up for them.
I cherish my days as a colleague of his but more so as a friend. And, no one would be happier to see the Bonnie's off to a great start this year.
I love you, Jeff and will miss you dearly.
My sincerest sympathy to your family.
