Terrance M. "Terry" Crusen
Olean, NY Terrance M. "Terry" Crusen of Olean passed away suddenly Wednesday (July 4, 2018) at the Olean General Hospital.
Born August 27, 1964 in Tokyo, Japan he was a son of Erwin R. Crusen and Shirley M. Edel Crusen.
Terry graduated from high school in Fayetteville, NC and worked as a skilled carpenter in a large area around Fayetteville and the entire state. He re-located to Olean in 2010 and actively gave of his time as a cook at The Warming House for many years.
He enjoyed fishing, playing pool and staying active with carpentry work whenever he could.
Surviving are his stepmother Bonita Crusen of Olean; 4 brothers Kenneth M. Crusen of Linden, NC, Erwin "Richey" Crusen, Jr. of Mechanicsville, VA, Christopher L. Crusen of Supply, NC and his twin brother Lawrence T. "Larry" Crusen of Linden, NC; 3 sisters Denise "Mickey" (Larry) Skipper of Linden, NC, Marcia J. (John) Schornak of Shelby, NC and Rhonda Morgan of Olean and many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by cousins, uncles and aunts, including Betty Lou Crusen of Olean and his Godmother Teresa Edel-Remmey of Englewood, FL.
The family will receive friends on Monday (July 9, 2018) from 10am to 11am at the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home 3128 W. State Rd. Olean. A funeral service will begin at 11am in the funeral home. Burial will be in St. Bonaventure Cemetery, Allegany. A reception will follow at a place to be announced.
