Sending my condolences and prayers for Billy’s family! My fondest memories of Billy were in Home Economics in high school. He sat directly behind me, and was always cracking jokes. He wore a smile on his face most of the time, and was just a genuine, down to earth nice guy. I am so sorry for Liz, his girls, and his family having to endure this kind of pain and heartache. This is such a tragic loss!

What a tremendous loss to us in this life - a great young man, great loving father, taken doing what I am sure was true to his consistent character - helping a stranger with a challenge/problem.
It may be weak consolation now, but you will see him again and can honor his life and this loss living as he would do it.
Bless you all.

I have so many memories that I want to keep to myself, but I will share one of the best. I remember the moment you and Liz began. It was simple..you brushed snow off her car while she was getting ready for work one morning. Started it for her, so it was warm. Got her a glass of orange juice and sent her on her way. Her and I had a conversation and I knew then that you two were each other's. I'm so happy you were too, you both were so happy!

I cant wrap my head around this. I cant believe we will never have another bonfire that is kept going with water or the message in the parrot bay bottle that I never found. I promise to be there for Liz, Hannah and Sarah! I am so grateful our last conversation was what it was and that your last days were filled with Joy! You will be truly be missed!

Billy, you will be sadly missed by all of the Cassidy family. The 4th of July parties won’t be the same without you. Stephen and Randy mentioned you often. That will be the last hug I will ever get from you and I’ll keep it in my heart forever. You are amazing. God needed another angel and chose you. My heart goes out to your entire family, immediate and extended. May God be with all of you through this time, reach out to family and friends for comfort. If you need something don’t be afraid to ask. All Our Love.
