We were saddened to hear of Bob's passing. Hilary and I remember growing up with his son's, especially Stephan when you all lived on Prospect Avenue in Olean. We remember him coming home from working as a trooper after a long day and telling Stephan it was time to come home and get his chores or homework done instead of hanging out with us neighbor kids quite fondly. Often, we neighbor kids would be out til dark or after dragging Stephan with us, quite willingly I might add.
He was a wonderful father to all of you boys; Bobby, David and Stephan and a loving husband to you Dodie and I'm sure he loved and greatly enjoyed all of his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed. You have our heartfelt love and prayers at this time and always. May God Bless each of you at this time and give you strength to endure this difficult chapter of life we must all undergo.
