To the Irving/Derx family;
We wish you our most sincere sympathy on the loss of Ollivene in your lives. What a special lady she was! I think of all the thousands of dozens of cookies she made through the years, as well as breads, pumpkin rolls, etc. And always shared all this with others.
Merrill grew up with her and she was in his graduating class at OHS. I met her when I started going to the Y (or maybe when I started delivering Meals on Wheels---can't remember which for sure). She encouraged me to attend water exercises at the Y and the rest is history as they say. I am still active there and miss her presence.
Ollivene will be greatly missed by many,many people. We pray that our Loving Heavenly Father will grant each of you strength, comfort and peace as you adjust to this terrible loss.

Sad news. A beautiful lady and wonderful mother. She leaves behind an amazing legacy in her great, loving family. Even though some of us tried to drive her crazy far too often as we were growing up, I only remember her patience, her smile, and the happy home that always made me feel welcome. Love ya Chuck.
