I am so sorry to have discovered this news. Jim was my favorite boss and it was always a delight to see him walk through the door every morning with a smile and usually a joke to follow. He was a great man with a wonderful sense of family and community. I know he will be missed, but also know that he lived a full and amazing life that inspired many, myself included. It was an honor and blessing to know him during our time in Olean. My condolences to the family and hugs to Sarah.

Sarah, Jim lived such a full and gracious life. He touched everyone in such a positive way and left us always happy to have known him. I still remember when you & Jim were married and being so happy for you. I knew you better than Jim, but his reputation was top notch and he chose well, my friend. I am living in Las Vegas and if you should ever find yourself here, let us know. My daughter, Kathy Welch in Olean, has my ph. numbers and address information. My condolences to you, family, and all of his many friends. He will be missed.

We were truly honored to know this amazing man who set the bar high for all who had the pleasure to meet him. He was a true gentleman in everything he did and an inspiration to all of us! My kids looked up to him and admired him more than we can express. I tell everyone, my last name might not be Kinley but Jim always made us feel like family and for that we are forever thankful! We love you Jim and will miss you daily!

JL, Jennifer and family, I was saddened to learn of your father and grandfather's passing. It has been a while since I had seen James but I always enjoyed our interactions. You could tell immediately that he was a man of high integrity, and valued the same in others. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this time.
