I am so sorry to hear about your father. I seen him often at Ried's Food Barn getting his dinner. We always had a nice talk and he'd tell me his latest project. I have great childhood memories of your family and ours. We had a great neighborhood to grow up in. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers.

When I think of Uncle Francis, I think of when my Mom and Dad would bring us to Olean to visit Grandmom and Grandpop. We had such a large family that there was never any room on the couch for anyone but us. Uncle Francis would walk into the room and say - OK, who wants to have a race. We would all jump up and get in line for the race and Uncle Francis would promptly lay down on the couch and laugh and say "I fooled you again." We always fell for it. He was always playing jokes on me and my brothers and sisters. As we lived so far away, we never saw him very often, but whenever we visited, we always felt the affection he had for all of us. He was a good man and will be missed very much.
