Obituary of Linda Brown Wilkins

Allegany- Linda M. Brown Wilkins, a resident of the Absolut of Allegany, died Monday (April 6, 2015) at the Olean General Hospital.
Born November 5, 1952 in Salamanca, she was the daughter of George and Mable Hogle Brown.
Mrs. Wilkins worked for many years at the St. Elizabeth Motherhouse in Allegany. She enjoyed ringing the bell for the Salavation Army at Christmas time.
Surviving are one son Joseph Wilkins of Georgia; three grandchildren Jonathon, Nathaniel and Jacob; three sisters Sylvia (Tim) Bradford of Wellsville, Sharon (Ray) Miller of Angelica, Pennie (Bill) Simmons of Randolph; and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents; one daughter; and one sister.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday (April 11, 2015) at 1pm, at the Southside Union Chapel, 647 S. Union Street, Olean. Rev. David Herne will officiate.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Casey, Halwig and Hartle Funeral Home, 3128 W. State Road, Olean.
