Obituary of Douglas Mullen

Olean- Douglas E. Mullen of 1716 Andrews Street, died Saturday (March 29, 2014) at the Olean General Hospital.
Born July 19, 1939 in Olean, he was the son of Francis and Dorothy Rounds Mullen.
Mr. Mullen was an avid hunter and fisherman and would teach anyone hunting, fishing, auto mechanics and carpentry. He was a loving man and loved by many.
He will be missed by two sons Danny Mullen and Andy Fusiara; two daughters Kim Mullen and Rose Babb; several grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two brothers Robert Mullen, Joel (Melody) Mullen; three sisters Kathleen Williams, Joan Smith, and Calla (Allen) Hathaway; several nieces and nephews; and his cat Buddy.
He is predeceased by his longtime loving companion Betty Fusiara.
Friends will be received at the Casey, Halwig and Hartle Funeral Home, 3128 W. State Road on Friday (April 4, 2014) from 12-1pm at which time funeral services will start. Rev. Chuck Maine will officiate. Burial will be at Allegany Cemetery.
Memorials if desired may be made to a charity of the donors choice.
