Darlene R. Henneman
Allegany, NY Darlene R. Henneman, 59, of 4296 S. Nine Mile Rd. passed away unexpectedly Saturday (February 22, 2014) at the Olean General Hospital.
Born November 11, 1954 in Olean she was the daughter of Charles D. and Belva G. Phearsdorf Colley. In 1984 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Allegany she married William P. Henneman who predeceased her February 23, 2008.
Mrs. Henneman was a 1973 graduate of Allegany Central School and was a homemaker who enjoyed doing ceramics as well as caring for animals and bird watching.
Surviving are a son Joseph (Sarah) Henneman of Allegany; a grandson Kevin Henneman; 3 brothers Dale Colley of Lubbock, TX, David (Merry) Colley of Buckeye, AZ and Dana (Lynn) Colley of Allegany; 1 sister Dolores (George) Cole of Lewis Run, PA and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband and parents she was predeceased by a sister Diann Colley.
At Mrs. Henneman's request, there will be no visitation or memorial service. Donations in her memory may be made to the Allegany Ambulance Squad or to the Cattaraugus County SPCA. PO Box 375 Olean, NY 14760. Online condolences may be expressed at oleanfuneralhome.com.
