Francis L. Osborne
Olean, NY Francis L. Osborne of S. Union St. passed away Sunday (November 17, 2013) at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Buffalo.
Born January 7, 1926 in Saybrook, PA he was the son of Arthur L. and Margaret D. Andrews Osborne.
Mr. Osborne was a veteran of WWII having served with the US Army from 1944 to 1946. He was later employed as a Principal in San Bruno, CA.
Surviving are several nieces, and close friends in the Olean and Allegany areas.
Friends are invited to attend a memorial mass to be celebrated Friday (November 22, 2013) at 2:00pm at St. Mary of the Angels Church. Burial will be in Mt. View Cemetery Veterans Field of Honor in Olean.
Memorials, if desired, may be made to St. Mary of the Angels Church.
