Obituary of Jessie Gerringer

Bradford, PA- Jessie R. Gerringer, a longtime resident of the Bradford Manor and former resident of Eden Heights, passed away Sunday November 17, 2013 at the Bradford Manor after a lengthy illness.
Born January 26, 1920 in Allegany, she was the daughter of Adam and Rose Geiger Gerringer.
Miss Gerringer was a graduate of Allegany High School and worked for Daystrom in Trenton, NJ for 36 years, returning back to this area in 1982.
She was a member of St. Bonaventure Church, the Olean Senior League and Sixty Plus Club.
Surviving is one sister Ruth Marie McPhillips of Mapleton, Minn; two nieces Rose(Frank) Giardini of Allegany, Diane Mosher of Little Falls, NY; two nephews Carl Gerringer of Florida, Donald Gerringer of Eden, NY; and several great- nieces, great- nephews and many great great-nieces and great great-nephews.
She was predeceased by a brother Robert Gerringer on October 31, 1998.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday (November 21, 2013) at 9:30am at the Casey, Halwig and Hartle Funeral Home, 3128 W. State Road. Rev. James Vacco, pastor at St. Bonaventure Church will officiate. Burial will be in St. Bonaventure Cemetery.
