Judith M. Shoup
Olean, NY Judith M. Shoup of 809 1/2 W. Sullivan St. passed away Monday (June 25, 2012) in the Olean General Hospital.
Born May 11, 1947 in Bradford, PA she was the daughter of Pete and Winifred E. Hunt Northrop. On December 31, 1965 she married Donald L. Shoup, Sr. who predeceased her February 8, 1995.
Mrs. Shoup had been employed in the housekeeping department of Olean General Hospital for the past six years. She had been a member of the former Rhema Christian Fellowship Church and she enjoyed watching movies at home.
Surviving are five sons Donald (Peggy) Shoup, Jr. of Olean, Robert Shoup of Allegany, Michael (Lisa Bhe) Shoup of Olean, Dee Jay Shoup of Allegany and Paul (Tammy Myers) Shoup of Allegany; seven grandchildren; two sisters Kathy (Lee) Wells of Virginia Beach, VA and Ginger (Tom) Chapin of Turtlepoint, PA and several nieces and nephews. She was looking forward to the birth of her first great granddaughter in November.
In addition to her husband and parents she was predeceased by a sister Charlotte Cole on January 18, 2004.
There will be no visitation. Private burial services will be held at the Pleasant Valley Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
