Elizabeth L. "Betty" Whitton
Olean, NY Elizabeth L. "Betty" Whitton of 1826 Avenue A died Wednesday (May 2, 2012) at The Pines Health & Rehabilitation Center in Olean.
Born June 27, 1941 in Olean she was the daughter of Walter and Josephine Plewnarz Suda.
Surviving are one daughter Julie (Jeffrey) Rapp of Buffalo; two granddaughters Allison Rapp and Caroline Rapp; one son Robert Whitton of Olean; one sister Nancy (Jack) Arnold of Olean and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was predeceased by a sister Dorothy Kosciol.
Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Saturday (May 12, 2012) from 11:30am until 12:30pm at the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home 3128 W. State Rd. Olean. A memorial service will follow at 12:30pm in the funeral home. Rev. James Vacco, OFM, pastor of St. Bonaventure Church, will officiate. Burial will be on her parent's lot in St. Bonaventure Cemetery.
