Obituary of Madeline Cacciotti

"Loving Sister" Olean-- Madeline D. Cacciotti, formerly of 708 Front Street, Olean, passed away Friday (April 22, 2011) at the Absolut of Allegany, where she had been residing since 2009. Born October 26,1916 in Allegany, she was the daughter of Cesare and Mary Karuch Cacciotti. Ms. Cacciotti had worked for many years at the former Adler Dress Shop, where she was an excellent seamstress. She later went to work for Bon-Ton&amp;#39;s Department Store. She was a member of St. Mary of the Angels Church. In her free time she enjoyed bowling, sewing, crocheting, knitting and traveling. Surviving are her three sisters Rose Bressan of Olean, Ulanda Cacciotti of Olean, Mary T. Welch of Allegany; one brother Pascal Cacciotti of Buffalo; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers Sylvester Cacciotti and Cesare Cacciotti; brothers in law Charles "Dutch" Welch and Paul Bressan and a sister in law Rose Cacciotti. Friends will be received at the Casey, Halwig and Hartle Funeral Home, 3128 W. State Road on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday (April 26, 2011) at 11am at the funeral home. Rev. Gregory Dobson, pastor of St. Mary of the Angels Church will officiate. Burial will be in St. Bonaventure Cemetery. Memorials if desired may be made to St. Mary of the Angels Church 202 South Union Street, Olean NY 14760. <h3>Visitation</h3> Monday April 25, 2011 2-4 7-9 <h3>Services</h3> Tuesday April 26 2011 at 11 am <h3>Interment</h3> St. Bonaventure Cemetery
