Minnie Bova “loving mother and grandmother”
Olean-- Minnie M. Bova, formerly of 102 E. Spring St. passed away Friday July 13, 2007 at the Olean General Hospital.
Born November 14, 1913 in Salamanca NY, she was the daughter of George and Nellie Mohr Wilcox.
Ms. Bova attended Salamanca High School. She was a wonderful homemaker who enjoyed doing word puzzles and baking. She especially loved the outdoors.
Surviving is her daughter Charlotte (Charlie) Hill of Randolph; two grandchildren; a sister Pearl Scolton of Randolph; and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by 1 brother and 3 sisters.
At Ms. Bova’s request there will be no visitation or funeral service Memorials, if desired may be made to the American Heart Assocation, PO Box 3049, Syracuse, NY 13220-3049.
Arrangements are under the direction of Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home, 3128 W. State Road, Olean.
